We will build you a dedicated web site, branded to your business. The site can then be advertised to employees or linked to from other communication sites that you run. The site will provide plain english information to help members understand the range of options available.Telephone advice
Our advisers have many years of experience in advising clients by telephone. We think it's the most effective use of time for the client, for us and, in this case, the employer. Our clients think so too.Over a year between 2009/10 we surveyed 183 clients who received telephone based advice from us. Of the 183 clients surveyed, only 26 (14.2%) felt that their understanding of this complicated subject (would) have been improved by a meeting in person.
On further questioning, 25 of the 26 clients went on to explain that, although it would have been "nice" to have seen an advisor in person, the service offered over the telephone was generally more convenient. They did not believe that the advice received would have been any better 'face to face'. Only 1 client (out of 183) felt that a meeting would have been "helpful".
